LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – February 29, 2020 – AdCellerant was presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Account Management Team of the Year category in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. This is AdCellerant’s third year of being recognized as a best in class Sales & Customer Service team according to the Stevies.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 28 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. More than 600 executives from the U.S.A. and several other nations attended.
More than 2,600 nominations from organizations in 48 nations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 180 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.

For this 15-person-team, the average response time to a request from one of its 350+ partners is 30 minutes, compared to industry benchmarks of 48 minutes. This is not easy since the number of AdCellerant partners has grown 60% since January 2019. These partners send the team over 40,000 digital advertising campaigns annually. The Account Management team is responsible for servicing these campaigns and clients and is a key part of the company’s recognition as one of Inc. Magazine’s Top 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies two years running.
Since January 2019, the AdCellerant Account Management team created more than 10,000 advertising proposals for its partners. With a 25% close rate, resulting in a 74% year-over-year revenue growth for AdCellerant, growth shared by its partners.
